Petition to Appeal Examination Grade

In accordance with Article 41/1 of Sivas Cumhuriyet University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations, the student can make a written objection to the relevant unit within three working days at the latest after the announcement of the results. This objection is forwarded to the course instructor; if there is a material error, the necessary grade correction is made.

Petition for Make-up Exam

In accordance with the relevant articles of Sivas Cumhuriyet University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations and Sivas Cumhuriyet University School of Foreign Languages Foreign Language Education and Examination Regulations, those who cannot take the final exam for justified and valid reasons who apply within 7 days following the exams and whose excuses are accepted by the relevant administrative boards are given the right to take a make-up exam. These students use their excuse exam rights on the day, place and time determined by our school within the same semester.
